Jill, it's a function of my Canon camera (and some other brands now too!). You can just define what colour you want left in the photo, and the rest are taken out. However, if you don't have a camera that will do it automatically, then it's only about five steps if you have photoshop, it's SUPER easy to do. If you have photoshop and wanna know, email me!

I like how your pics are mostly black and white with little pops of color. How did you do that? Are you a PhotoShop magician?
